This week is our whole school Art Week and the children in Year 1 have been learning about clay.
We have learnt to manipulate clay in lots of different ways. We loved experimenting with different tools too!
Our artist focus has been Henry Moore. We have talking about what we like and dislike about his sculptures. We are learning that it is good to have a different opinion from our friends!
We will be selling our clay sculptures at our summer fair in June. We can’t wait to see you there!
