We have had a busy week learning about how to keep healthy! We talked all about why sleep is important and what happens to our bodies if we don’t get enough sleep. We read the story of how little bear struggled to get to sleep and talked about things we can do if we find falling asleep difficult.

Dance

We loved taking part in the glow stick dance session with our instructor Meghan.

Cyro Sports

 We loved competing against each other in our dodgeball games.

Our instructor kept challenging us by changing the rules and including new obstacles.

Healthy Eating

In class we talked about what we mean when by a healthy diet. We thought back to our science learning earlier in the year and recapped the names of the different food groups. Knowing that fruit and vegetables make up a large part of a healthy diet we used them to make our own fruit and vegetable bugs!

We loved making them but enjoyed eating them even more!
