This week has been healthy week. We have been learning about the importance of staying healthy.

On Monday we took part in a glow rave dance workshop with Megan. It was amazing and we had so much fun!

On Tuesday Dan from Cryo sports came and we played lots of games.

We also looked at healthy eating and taste tested a range of fruits and vegetables. The most popular was strawberry and the least popular was pepper. We even designed and made our own fruit kebabs. They were delicious!

On Thursday we took part in sports day and had the chance to participate the sprint race, sack race, relay race, skipping race, egg and spoon race and hurdles race.

Throughout the week we have looked at the importance of mental health and well-being. We have participated in yoga, cardio desk drumming, mindful scribble art and made our own personalised rainbows.

What a great week we have had learning all about the importance of staying healthy physically and mentally.
